Saving the last part, you have correctly guessed why this song is important to Paranoia. Years ago, he spoke to Crowley, while impersonating someone else, of the quiet war between the Nothing and the Everything. We believe that somehow, James Patrick Page came upon a transcript or account of these conversations. This song, in theory, has two meanings (much like it says words have two meanings):
There is the more well-known and obvious message about superficiality and materialism.
And then there is talk of the war. The war that Calliope will start. The war Maraino will finish.
-Also, it should be noted that the backwards "lyrics" are complete nonsense.

I knew that the backwards lyrics were complete nonsense perpetuated mostly by Christian fundamentalists, but they're enough of a part of pop culture canon to be worthy of consideration. We don't know what kind of riddles you're going to spring on us.

You know, I was originally going to discard this idea, but are you talking about the Ante Primal Triad? If so, then NEAT.
