Alex has informed me that he has successfully killed Todd Meyers, one of the candidates for PEP. He had stalked Meyers (and the two other candidates) for some time and had developed a very elaborate schedule that he could use to try and determine a time when Meyers would be alone and vulnerable.
The attack, though successful, did not go too well.
Meyers often takes a walk through the woods just outside of Yellow Field in the early mornings. Lynn had hidden just off the path Meyers usually takes. Unfortunately, the boy was accompanied by a young woman on the walk. W After killing his original target, he had to kill the girl as well. She put up quite a fight and scratched him up pretty bad.
He will probably not write about it. He has taken the rest of the evening to relax and to get his nerve back.
There are now only two candidates left.
There are also rumors of more beings becoming more prominent in the countdown and preparation for this war. We have difficulty facing two muses, so I do not want to think about how bad things will be if we find ourselves opposed by Gods.
