The boy is being interrogated. He was successfully caught. However, it may be some time before the audio is released. I figured I would tell you all a story. Maybe it's true. Maybe it isn't.
For years, all that has ever happened has been governed by a book and a man. He has walked many paths in his long life, but the book ends. It ends in about five years. What comes after the end has yet to be written. However, there is reason to believe that there are 20 paths mankind can take.
More than one path is guaranteed to lead to the non-existence of all that has ever existed. They are where the Nothing overwhelms the Everything, the two great creatures that have existed since existence began.
One path is guaranteed to lead to an age of science and art and the peak of all that mankind has struggled for. I will explain why this is bad for pretty much everyone later on.
Many paths (about half) will lead to the world staying much like it already is. Slight variations of the future, if you will.
The other paths are stranger and harder to read. It is believed one will throw mankind into a constant state of chaos and warfare. You may think, somewhat cynically, that this is what mankind is already experiencing. To genuinely think this, you would have to be a very jaded person.
Believe it or not, Father Paranoia (and two of his brothers) want mankind to wander down one of the paths that leads to the world not changing so much. A world full of misery and chaos would be useless to the Muses, who are meant to inspire. Who would Paranoia inspire if everyone had reason to be paranoid? Such a world would weaken him to the point of non-existence. He would be gone. Unfortunately, Calliope has already gotten mankind to wander down the wrong path. Ulistikos also interferes, caught up in feeding and power. We wish to fix mankind. We wish to to put you on the right path.
We want to take a path that will be much like the world we have now. The main difference will be that Paranoia will (and perhaps two of his brothers) be a bit stronger
Calliope wants to take the path of Enlightenment. She wants to bring mankind to its peak. In her arrogance and self-righteousness, she fails to understand what happens after mankind reaches its peak. She fails to she that, in the end, even she will fade into uselessness in such a world. Only Maraino, Master of Stagnantation, holds power in the long-run for that world.
Balance, duality, whatever you want to call it; it is necessary to existence. It is both the Nothing and the Everything.
What is currently going on is a Part One, if you will. You have been drawn into a "game" between the Muses, who have power over mortals that many Gods could not even dream of. I am not trying to sell you anything. There are no movies, electronic games, candies, beverages that will follow adorning Father Paranoia's face. The very idea is ridiculous.
Part One may last a year, even more if things are incredibly difficult.
Part Two will take place in 2012. It will be the most spiritual battle mankind will be involved with for years. Mankind has forsaken its spirituality. Science controls you all. This may very well change soon.
The battle will more than likely involve every deity that has ever come into existence. It will involve all eighteen muses. It will involve the seven never-dying siblings. It will involve fictional worlds, and even this world will find itself to be nothing more than a book in someone else's library. This battle is the big one. It is a battle that will decide the fate of the Nothing and the Everything, and every person aware of it has their own idea as to what the "perfect world" is, and they are all willing to fight.
The muses have started early, as they are currently the most dependent on the existence of mankind. There are other... places, to put it simply, where the battle has been taking place for some time. Everyone will have to fight eventually. Everyone.
