I spoke with a long-favored confidante of Paranoia today. He seems to know things, though he is limited in what he can give to me.
He spoke rather quietly to me while I had the Observer dictate. Translated:
He handed me a piece of paper. Scrawled across the top is the text, "HIS TOYS ARE WORDS".
After this, we get the following text. I have substituted his own arrows with a typed substitute and the underlining is not my own.
This is our information. I know nothing else about this supposed threat. Is he allied with Maraino or Aediastikos? Maybe he works for someone else, though, if I had to guess, I'd say he works alone...
He spoke rather quietly to me while I had the Observer dictate. Translated:
There is a being who has already begun to fight. This creature, once feared and respected, has been broken down over the years. It has become a mangy, starved monster. It has nothing in its life not worth risking for power.
Its armor has become its cage. Its mind lies where any can find it. Its body wanders forever. It is always screaming in fury, and anyone can hear it if they listen hard enough. Some have crossed it. They have mostly perished since.
He is confused sometimes. Many times he awakes to find himself the king of a land with no citizens. Sometimes he finds himself a peasant among the millions. He kills to relieve his confusion. He fights to end it.
The paradox that keeps him here will be gone soon. He must anchor himself to this world. He has carried off one god, one of the sacred guardians, one of your sisters, and one of your brothers to his den.
They are kept alive to service him. They are kept alive so that he may feed.
Perhaps it will be you, Paranoia, who he carries off next.

STAR DARK -> Alberto Marconi -> Panglossian -> Lost City -> The Mask of Insanity -> A Mask of Victory
Who do you become when you wear your mask?
CE -> mm/mw/mt
The King In Yellow
Will Ride Away
On the Tenth, he will make himself known to the lonely and desperate of this world. He will turn to a service reserved for those that he is not. He will be looking for those he can change. Those who he can peer into. Those he knows how to put into an image like his own.
