Who is Joseph Bright?

I saw this posted on another forum and thought it might be worth looking into.

There's a Joe Bright who's an author from Wyoming but currently living in CA. I checked out his site, and his first sentence is eerily coincidental.

"I'm one of those schizophrenic artists who couldn't make up his mind which art to focus on."
